Resumen

The Manual del Christiano has been included in the bibliography of the works of Fray Bernardino de Sahagún, ever since Alfredo Chavero described the manuscript. It passed along with a number of other Sahagún manuscripts which Chavero had obtained from José Fernando Ramírez, into the library of Sr. D. Manuel Fernández del Castillo. The manuscript was later sold at auction by Messrs Puttick and Simpson in their London sale of 1880.
